Symposium dinner on the Eiffel Tower

Wednesday 10 October, at 19h00

This year, there will be an opportunity to sample real high-level cuisine at the SKADS Symposium dinner in the Altitude95 restaurant on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, at 95 metres above a sea of tourists. The cost of this three-course dinner, with wine, will be only 50 EUR per person, thanks to financial support from SKADS (partners are welcome). When you register, please indicate if you will attend the dinner. The restaurant will need to know the exact number of diners a week before the Symposium starts.

Menu

Aperitif:Kir au vin blanc (white wine with blackberry liqueur)
Appetiser:classic Caesar salad
Main course:cod fillet fried on its skin, crushed potatoes with olive oil
Dessert:chocolate cake, ice with Bourbon vanilla
Coffee with chocolate almond
Wine: one third bottle (250 ml) per person of white, rose or red
  • Bordeaux: Chateau Laborde 2002 (red)
  • Bordeaux: Chateau du Tariquet 2005 (white)
  • Cabardes AOC: Chateau de Pennautier 2004 (rose)
