The Multidisciplinary Centre of Astrophysics (CENTRA) is a department of the Superior Technical Institute (IST). CENTRA conducts research into several fields of Astrophysics and Cosmology, both observational and theoretical.

Major participant in DS2 (Science and Astronomical Data Simulations) especially related to the Epoch of Reionisation.
