MPIfR operates the 100m Effelsberg telescope; MPIfR has a large electronic division which has developed and assembled a wide range of electronic equipment for the 100 m Effelsberg telescope and other telescopes around the world.

SKADS Role

Participant in DS2 (Science and Astronomical Data Simulations), DS4 (Technical foundations and enabling technologies) and DS5 (Aperture Array Demonstrator "EMBRACE").
